OnePlus' support, on the other hand, could use some work. After misleading customers about the jelly scrolling situation, OP is responding to praise with apologies.
After surely being hammered by jelly scrolling complaints, a tweet from @imsarathrk would have been a chance to take a bow. Instead, OnePlus support completely misunderstood.
