Samsung announced an unlocked version of the Galaxy S7 for the US market yesterday, and Best Buy is already offering a sweet deal to entice buyers to pick one up. Buying the unlocked GS7 or GS7 Edge from Best Buy gets you a free $75 gift card. That effectively makes the unlocked phones much cheaper than the carrier versions.
These devices will work on CDMA and GSM networks, but it looks like you can only get the standard GS7 in black and the Edge in silver.
